The "KNT type" is a nanofiber production device that melts polymer resin and ejects it at high pressure, producing long fibers from fine noise.
The external dimensions of the device are 1,820mm in length, 1,542mm in height, and 515mm in width, and it can produce fibers ranging from 500 to 900nm depending on the polymer material.
The types of fibers can be made from typical chemical products such as polypropylene, polyester, and polyethylene, as well as biodegradable polylactic acid and other composite materials into nanofibers.
